Comments:
My husband and I just returned home from our stay at Deer Ridge. The first time we drove up the mountain to the resort and saw the sign "The Best View of the Smokies" we had no idea how true that would be! The view from our room was the most spectaculiar view we have ever seen! I could have sat on the balcony the whole time we where there! We also played golf at Bent Creek every morning of our stay. Bent Creek is the nicest golf course we have played! Although we where there in the spring and the course was very wet, we still loved it and can only image how wonderful this course would be in the summer! We decided on our way home we will be back to stay with you again and to play golf again, next time we want to come a different time of year to see the beautiful mountains in summer or maybe fall!! Alot of people told us how beautiful the mountains are with all the fall colors. We can't wait to come back again! Thank you for advertising exactly what we got, The perfect Mountain vacation!!!!!! We will see you soon, Kim and Al Read More!

Springfest 2012

With April coming up, the Smokies returns to life and the fun and excitement that have been building up in March come to a full-on explosion of entertainment in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.

And where did that explosion come from? Dollywood's grand re-opening with the return of perennial favorite "Festival of the Nations"! This year, the main show is "Spirit of the Dance" an Irish dance performance that has been played in huge cities like New York, Las Vegas and London, at the Celebrity Theater. Russia, India, Germany, South America, Canada, China, Africa and many other nations will be performing or vending or cooking as well with Atahaulpa and Zambia Vocal Group returning as well!

The other big reason to come to Dollywood this is to ride the new Wild Eagle Rollercoaster - one of the most anticipated new attractions to come to Dollywood in years. It's a one of a kind rollercoaster that lets you come as close to flying as physically possible over the Smokies and joins a long list of rides that taking you soaring into the air, crashing through caves, riding along the rapids, etc. Dollywood is always exciting and no trip to the Smokies from Spring to Christmas is complete without it!

If you're looking to come to the Smokies this Spring for Dollywood, come stay with us at Deer Ridge and take advantage of our Dollywood Vacation Package - our Dollywood package right now includes a 1 Bedroom Condominium for 3-7 nights and two adult tickets to Dollywood. Additional tickets and rooms are also available and you can see more information at http://www.deerridge.com/dollywood.html.
